Quick drying, non-yellowing, removable gloss varnish which gives temporary protection to paintings that are only touch-dry, also lifting 'flat' areas of colour.
Protects while paint dries fully (Traditional Oil 6-12 months depending on thickness of paint and conditions).

If preferred, once the oil paint has fully dried standard Artist's varnishes can be applied on top of the Retouching Varnish without having to remove it first.
