This piece holds the presence of an ancient warlock that we summoned into it.  He was burned at the stake during the European Witch Trials, despite the fact that he didn't do anything wrong.  He didn't bother anybody.  He didn't harm anybody.  In fact, if it weren't for a pesky member of his coven attempting to make somebody pay for something they said to her, the coven would have probably still existed to the modern day.  Unfortunately, he didn't fare so well when a young girl began accusing them of witchery.  He was eventually burned and his soul has been floating around ever since.  His name is Bandlethorn and this ring is his new home.  When you wear this ring you will develop a connection to the Warlock.  This will allow you to cast your thoughts projections into spells that Bandelthorn will cast for you.  All you have to do is think it and it will be cast.   It's as simple as that.  We've had this piece for a little while now, but we had some casting of our own to get done, first.  Now, he is all yours.
